Halloween is great fun, and getting a great atmosphere for your house and garden and for parties will make it special for the little ones.  Of course if you’re anything like me it is also good fun for us big kids as well!

Mr. Light Glow in the Dark Skeleton

Okay so this one is a bit of a cheat I thought I could sneak in because I love them.  Not actually cheap outdoor Halloween lights but they could go outside as effectively they are really cheap Halloween solar lights as such.  They do look great hanging from somewhere, in a window or that porch overhang.  A tiny bit over the $10, but not by much though.

Jack-O-Lantern Halloween String Lights

These look a bit better than a lot of the cheap Halloween string lights I have seen.  The others look like they were made by a 5 year old in a dark basement.  These seem to be clean and sharp though. Ten lights to a string of 12 foot isn’t bad at all for under 10 bucks.  If you want to splash out as well you can but several and connect them all up.  You can buy Halloween lights that do this multi-connection quite easily

Delux Halloween Party String Lights Patio Lighting

These don’t seem to up to the same standard of looks as the Jack-O’s above, but they do give a lot of variety.  Again 10 lights on a 12 foot string, this set of outdoor Halloween string lights would be great for your kids.  I think they will love them.

Halloween Pumpkin Light String

Again a little cheat as these are indoor cheap Halloween decorations, but I just loved the look.  They come on a 17 foot string this time.  These cheap Halloween lights come in a set of ten and actually have spare bulbs as well.  Could be worth a shout?  As a set of bargain Halloween lights they would do the job if you are strapped for cash.

Skeleton and Coffin Halloween String Lights

Whether you are thinking to buy cheap Halloween lights for kids or just to make the whole house look festive, these appeal, well they do to my macabre sense of fun.  Stated as useful for indoor or outdoor Halloween decorations they come in a 12 foot length and can have extra lights added.  The covers are plastic and snap on for convenience.  Again under $10 for a cheap Halloween lights investment.

Garden Stake Light-Up Skull Halloween Yard Decoration

Now this is quite cool.  My son would love this.  It’s an outdoor garden stake light, although it doesn’t have much detail as to the height.  Less than $4 it’s a steal worth taking a risk on for my two cents worth.  Affordable Halloween lights like this are great for spot interest or if bought in multiples if you can afford to.  Sometimes picking up really cheap outdoor Halloween decorations like this is a perfect way to get lots of interest for minimal open wallet surgery.

15″ Lighted Halloween Pumpkin For Window or Yard Silhouette Decoration

Quite a smart looking pumpkin and at 15″ a decent size as well.  I was impressed when I read that it has 43 lights on, so plenty of light to make it stand out. If you are using it inside, it also comes with the suction pads to stick it to the inside of the window.  As cheap Halloween decor goes this is one of the best ones here today. A good way to get discount Halloween lights that make a really good show.

Haunted House LED Halloween Light

This is probably one of the cheapest LED Halloween lights I have found and it is quite sweet in its own way.  I think this is ideal for use in a child’s room.  I know my daughter has spotted it looking over my shoulder as I type.  So I will probably end up getting it for her.  It is a color changing LED light as well which helps keep the interest. If you go to Amazon for a look it has a different design on each of the 4 sides which look great.

Flicker Flame Halloween String Lights

Quite a nice set of plug in lights with a lovely flickering flame effect.  10 lights on the string again, which seems to be the standard at this price level.  It could look good round a porch or in a tree.  Check them out here for under $10.
